University Area CDC offers a variety of programs for youth, teens, adults and families throughout the University Area and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Attainable Housing
Working to develop, finance and operate affordable housing for families, veterans and seniors to access quality safe housing opportunities.
Community Engagement
Working to empower the community to work together to deepen relationships and trust through activism, volunteer work, education and more.
Get Moving
A wellness program that focuses on various aspects of an individual’s health: physical, emotional, mental, nutritional and/or spiritual.
INVEST Workforce
Addressing the need for workforce opportunities for residents, through training classes, certifications, job search and employment placement.
Prodigy® Cultural Arts
A research proven, diversion and prevention program that, through the Arts, youth learn communication, problem solving and conflict resolution.
