Cooking Class for youth ages 7-14

WEDNESDAYS (every other Wed) | 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Do you love eating? If so, come and learn how to cook the food you put in your body with Chef Nic! We’ll master how to fuel your body and mind in a fun and interactive way. Participants will learn a different recipe every class that gives them the energy they need to GET MOVING!

Classes occur monthly on the dates listed below. There is no cost to attend. Class participation is first-come, first-served. Sign up ahead of time by downloading the Get Moving! Mind Body & Soul app in the App Store or on Google Play!

GET MOVING – Let’s Get Cookin’ ADULT COOKING CLASSES

THURSDAY (Last Thurs of the Month) | 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Food is flexible and our goal in these cooking classes is to showcase the versatility of every ingredient, including fresh vegetables picked right from our Harvest Hope Community Garden! Participants will learn how to incorporate fresh produce into their meals in a way that will not only satisfy their tastebuds, but give them the energy they need to Get Moving!
