FLOWERS PLANTING (Twice a Year)
We invite you to join us in planting flowers to beautify our surroundings. This activity will take place around the flagpole area, in all five pots on the UACDC back patio, in all four pots by the front entry, and in the two pots by the Prodigy building, Bandshell, and UACDC main entrance.

GARDENING (On-going)
Join us in increasing access to healthy food by filling new seed trays, pruning the plants, weeding beds, harvesting ready food, tending to seedlings, and transferring mature seedlings into available bed spaces, as well as working the compost pile.

MULCHING (Once a Year)
Help us maintain the landscape by participating in our annual mulching event. We’ll be mulching around the flagpole area, the main entrance flower bed island, and the side of the UACDC building.

FACILITY PAINTING (Once a Year)
Join us in giving a fresh look to our facility by participating in our annual painting event. We’ll be painting all the main building doors, Prodigy building doors and railings, and the UACDC back patio railing.

Volunteer Slots Needed: 10 to 15 volunteers.

EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR GLASS CLEANING (Twice a Month)
Help us maintain a sparkling environment by cleaning the glass surfaces inside and outside the facility. This includes the community room, conference room, lunchroom, and main office glass.

Volunteer Slots Needed: 20 to 30 volunteers.

CREATIVE PLACEMAKING (On-going)
Help us rejuvenate our Creative Placemaking locations! These include the mural on the back of the Harvest Hope Center, the mural on our new splash pad and splashpad wall, and our HOPE sign at Harvest Hope Park. Your artistic contribution will make a lasting impact on our community space.
Location: Various Locations in University Area
Volunteer Slots Needed: 4 to 8 volunteers.

DREAMBOX LIBRARY RESTOCKING (On-going)
Be a part of our ongoing initiative to encourage reading. Help restock the dreamboxes with books, ensuring that the community has access to literature.

DAILY TASKS (On-going)
Join our team in performing daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping and mopping restroom floors, dusting office furniture, cleaning and wiping down vending machines, cleaning glass doors throughout the facility, washing and folding linens, and picking up trash around the property.
